When you submit User Input to generate a Blueprint or Marketing Plan, that information is transmitted to and processed by our AI infrastructure, which includes Third-Party Providers. By submitting User Input, you confirm that:
Important: Your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers
MarketeerPro uses third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure, including services provided by Google Cloud and other AI technology providers, to process User Inputs and generate outputs. By using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to your User Input being transmitted to and processed by these Third-Party Providers, who operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. However, data transmitted to AI processing infrastructure is subject to those providers’ data handling practices.
If you are subject to data protection regulations (such as GDPR, PDPA, or similar), you are responsible for ensuring that your use of this Service complies with those regulations before submitting personal data of third parties.
30-Day Automatic Report Deletion
As an internal data security measure, all generated report content (Strategic Blueprints and Full Marketing Plans) is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after generation. Please download and keep your own copies immediately after generation — deleted reports cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
Transaction records (purchase confirmation, amount, date) are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Department requirements and the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007. These are kept separately from report content.
MarketeerPro uses third-party cloud infrastructure that may process data on servers located outside Sri Lanka. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate data protection measures are in place.
MarketeerPro is an AI-powered platform that generates Strategic Blueprints and Marketing Plans for businesses. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse User Input and produce structured marketing strategy documents.
MarketeerPro is a marketing strategy assistance tool. It is not:
You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on AI Outputs. MarketeerPro is a tool to assist your thinking — not a replacement for it.
Critical — Read This Section Carefully Before Using the Service
Artificial intelligence technology has known and inherent limitations. By using MarketeerPro, you unconditionally acknowledge and accept all of the following.
AI systems, including those used by MarketeerPro, can and do produce outputs that are factually incorrect, based on outdated or incomplete data, internally inconsistent, or entirely fabricated — including invented statistics, cited sources that do not exist, or market data that is inaccurate. MarketeerPro provides no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI Output.
You are required to independently review, verify, and validate all AI Outputs before acting on any recommendation, sharing the output with clients or third parties, using the output as the basis for any business or financial decision, or publishing any AI-generated content publicly. Failure to conduct adequate review is your sole responsibility.
Nothing generated by the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind. AI Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, investment, accounting, medical, or any other form of professional advice. Where a decision requires professional expertise, you must consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
Any market data, statistics, competitor information, industry benchmarks, or numerical figures contained in an AI Output may be estimated, outdated, or generated without reference to verified sources. You must independently verify all such data before relying on it for investor presentations, business plans, grant applications, or public statements.
The AI models used by MarketeerPro may be updated, replaced, or modified at any time. Different versions of the same prompt may produce different outputs. We do not guarantee consistency of outputs across time or sessions.
By using the Service, you agree to:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
MarketeerPro retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, source code, algorithms, AI models, interfaces, branding, trademarks, and associated intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AI Outputs generated for your account for your own internal business purposes. You may not claim that AI Outputs were created entirely by you without AI assistance in any context where such a claim would be materially misleading, use AI Outputs to train competing AI models, or resell AI Outputs as a standalone product without a partner or reseller agreement with MarketeerPro.
We do not claim ownership of AI Outputs generated from your User Input. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users based on similar inputs, and we cannot guarantee exclusivity of any AI Output.
You retain ownership of your User Input. By submitting User Input, you grant MarketeerPro a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, process, and transmit that input solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including transmission to Third-Party AI providers for processing.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by MarketeerPro without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you.
Applicable fees are displayed at the point of purchase. All prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. All prices are displayed in USD by default. Currency conversion estimates are provided for convenience and are indicative only.
Payments are processed by PayHere. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service. We do not store your payment card details. We are not liable for payment processor errors, delays, or failures.
All purchases are final once digital services have been delivered.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MarketeerPro expressly disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI Output, and that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketeerPro, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; losses arising from reliance on AI Outputs without independent verification; losses caused by Third-Party Provider failures; or business decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MarketeerPro in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this section reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk, and that MarketeerPro would not have provided the Service without these limitations. These limitations form an essential basis of the bargain between us.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MarketeerPro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service or AI Outputs; your User Input, including any claim that such input infringes the rights of a third party; your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; actions taken based on AI Output without adequate independent review; or any misrepresentation you make to a third party regarding the nature, source, or accuracy of AI Outputs.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated any provision of these Terms, submitted User Input that is unlawful or harmful, engaged in fraudulent activity or abuse, or failed to pay applicable fees when due.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, and governing law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
If you participate in the MarketeerPro Partner Program as an agency partner, consultant, or reseller, the following additional terms apply:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Note for international users
If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction outside Sri Lanka, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the Service, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lanka courts for any disputes, regardless of your location.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and MarketeerPro regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For paid subscribers, material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email. For free tier users, we will post notice of material changes on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
MarketeerPro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or Third-Party Provider failures.
