30-Day Automatic Deletion
As part of our internal data security measures, all generated report content (Strategic Blueprints and Full Marketing Plans) is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after generation. Please download and keep your own copies immediately after generation — deleted reports cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend downloading your reports as soon as they are generated. Once deleted, reports cannot be recovered.
Transaction records (purchase confirmation, amount, date) are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Department requirements and the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007. These are kept separately from report content.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
